BELGRADE — Mr. and Mrs. Mark Hovey of Belgrade announce the engagement of their daughter, Miss Bailly Ada Hovey, to Mr. Ryan Leigh Lockhart, son of Mr. and Mrs. Byron Lockhart of Presque Isle.

Miss Hovey, a graduate of University of Maine at Farmington with a B.A. in Elementary Education and Lesley University in Cambridge, Mass. with a Masters in Literacy is a 3rd/4th grade teacher in Auburn.

Mr. Lockhart, a graduate of University of Maine with a B.S. in Parks, Recreation and Tourism and a minor in Surveying Engineering is employed as a Layout Design Engineer at Cianbro in Pittsfield.

A September 29, 2012 wedding is planned.
