MADISON — The parents of Ashley McCourt of Madison have announced her engagement to Thomas Dodge of Skowhegan. Ashley is the daughter of Teresa and Ronald McEwen of Madison and Robert and Eileen McCourt of Jefferson. Thomas is the son of Lisa and Kevin Foster of Skowhegan and Tom Dodge of Canaan.

Ashley is a 2007 graduate of Madison High School and a 2009 graduate of Empire Beauty School. She is employed at New Balance in Norridgewock.

Thomas is a 2006 graduate of Skowhegan High School and a 2008 graduate of Kennebec Valley Community College. He is employed as a lineman at Cianbro in Pittsfield.

A Sept. 8, 2012, wedding is planned at Lake George in Canaan.
