ANSON — Kathy Mitchell of Anson and Scott Mitchell of Winslow have announced the engagement of their son, Luke Mitchell of Daphne, AL to Shelly Aremia, of Daphne, AL, daughter of Matt and Cyndy Aremia of Raleigh, NC.

Luke is a graduate of Lawrence High School. He is employed at Bath Iron Works in Mobile, AL.

Shelly is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, earning a bachelor’s degree in Business and a master’s degree in Accounting. She is employed at Russell, Thompson, Butler & Houston, LLP in Mobile, AL.

A June 23, 2012, wedding is planned.
