RICHMOND — Incumbent Clarence Cummins and newcomer Gary Poulin were elected to the Board of Selectmen Tuesday.

Cummins, with 160 votes, and Poulin, with 145 votes, were the top two vote-getters in a five-way race for two selectmen’s seats.

Fred Browne came in third with 138 votes

Pauline Beasley and David W. Guilmette each received 118 votes.

Lori Umberhine, with 279 votes, was elected to a one-year term representing Richmond on the Regional School Unit 2 school board, defeating Jay Brown, who received 137 votes.

Incumbent Robert Bodge was reelected as a trustee of the Richmond Utilities District, with 281 votes, beating Thomas Webster, who received 133 votes.

Kimberly Valek-Molnar, with 355 votes, and Tamara Smith, with five write-in votes, were elected to the Budget Committee.

Richmond voters approved the RSU 2 school budget, 270 to 172.
