Augusta: Capital City Riverfront Fourth, Riverfront in Waterfront Park, vendors, bounce houses and more, hayrides and trolley rides. Concert at Mill Park with Emerald Sky and Sun Dog, 6 p.m.

Belgrade: daylong events on Main Street, Belgrade Lakes, including vendors, frog jumping contest, boat parade on Mill Stream, book sale, bands
