PITTSFIELD — Rufus, an 18-month-old pug of Boise, Idaho, recently received Best in Division (small breeds), Best in Show and a blue ribbon at Pittsfield’s Annual International Egg Festival dog costume contest. Rufus’s owner, Racheal Hummel of Boise, Idaho, created the egg costume with the help of some of her student ballerinas. Dressed as an egg, the dog posed for the panel of Pittsfield judges.
