MONMOUTH — Debra and Zane Keeler of Monmouth, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Andrea Keeler, to James Lowell, son of Linda and Walter Lowell of Augusta.

Andrea holds a bachelor’s degree from Franklin Pearce College. She is currently employed as a Community Relations Specialist for Burns & Macdonnell located at Pineland, New Gloucester.

James holds a bachelor’s degree from University of Maine Orono. He is currently employed as an Account Manager for Clark Insurance located in Portland.

Plans are being made for a spring wedding.
