Regardless of who’s on the ballot in the upcoming election for district attorney, Alan Kelley is a great candidate for the job.

I’m an inmate at Somerset County Jail, and I’ve been on the receiving end of Kelley in the courtroom many times.

I respectfully say he’s no slouch; above all, he’s always consistent in every decision he makes.

I’m not opposed to a female district attorney, in fact, I think it could be a new approach in dealing with the rise in domestic assaults.

May the best man or woman win.
