The world could be a better place.

I once had a bumper sticker that read, “Our minds are like parachutes, they only function when they’re open!”

And how true that statement is.

From first impressions upon meeting someone you don’t even know, to same-sex marriage, or even a religious preference you don’t agree with.

If the people of this land-of-the-free nation (including myself) could just try to live and let live and crack open their closed minds a bit, it’s possible this world could be a little more harmonious.
