SMITHFIELD — North Pond Association will host GPS Mapping Training for North Pond from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday at the Fairview Grange.

Tim and Christine O’Leary from Milfoil Crisis will conduct the training which can enable participants to map the different plants in the littoral zone of the lake. Participants do not need to own property on North Pond to attend. Training is for all ages and is free of charge.
