WATERVILLE — Dana Hernandez of Waterville recently joined the board of Emerge Maine, which seeks to train Democratic women to run for political office at all levels.
Hernandez is the programs coordinator for Hardy Girls Healthy Women, a non-profit organization dedicated to the health and welfare of girls and women.
Hernandez is a 2012 Emerge Maine graduate and is a former state Senate candidate. She is also a Waterville Planning Board member.
