WATERVILLE — Anyone 35 years old or older who would like to join an informal pickup basketball group at 6:30 p.m. on Sundays beginning Sept. 30 at the Alfond Center should call Peter Beckerman at 547-4411 or Isaac Leblanc at 873-0684.

For use of the facilities there a nominal charge of $20 for use through January, 2013.

Grant money is available. It is the primary purpose of this program that those older than 35 who wish to participate in enjoyable basketball cardiovascular exercise may do so.
