I write in support of Penny Plourde, Democratic candidate for Senate District 24, representing Augusta, China, Oakland, Sidney and Vassalboro.

I have known Plourde for more than 30 years and know her to be an honest, trustworthy and tenacious person.

Plourde has advocated for the handicapped, unemployed and underemployed for many years. It has been her life’s work.

She will make a wonderful representative in the Senate for all her constituents.

I invite others to join me in voting for Plourde this November. They will not be sorry.
