WATERVILLE — There will be a free and low-cost spay/neuter for income-eligible kitten/cat owners Saturday, Sept. 29, at Humane Society of Waterville Area.

Community Spay-Neuter Clinic of Freeport will hold the clinic at the shelter for qualifying cat owners, stray cats may be included.
