Arrests

IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 9:48 a.m., Richard Paradis, 42, of 119 Jacob Drive, arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault, on Jacob Drive.
9:58 p.m., Joshua Labonte, 22, of 13 Hathaway St., No. 107, arrested on charges of obstructing government administration and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, on Hathaway Street.
Also at 9:58 p.m., Jacob Labonte, 22, of 13 Hathaway St., No. 107, arrested on a warrant, as well as charges of refusing to submit to arrest or detention and violation of condition of release, on Hathaway Street.
