WATERVILLE — The Mid-Maine Chamber of Commerce, KV Connect and its members will host Meet The Reps from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 25, at Mid-Maine Chamber of Commerce, 50 Elm St. The events have been formed to enduce and prolong communication between business leaders, and professionals with their local, state and national government officials.

Pecha Kucha Night set for Thomas
WATERVILLE — Pecha Kucha Night Volume 6 will be held Friday at the Student Commons of Thomas College. Doors will open at 6 p.m. with presentations starting at 6:40 p.m. There will be a 10 minute intermission after the first four presenters.
Winterfest planned for Jan. 28 in Fairfield
FAIRFIELD — Lawrence Junior High School will host its third annual Winterfest on Saturday, Jan. 28. A school community spaghetti dinner will begin at 4:45 p.m. and will be followed by a student variety show at 6 p.m. in the Williamson Auditorium.
Managing income in retirement talk set
WATERVILLE — Spectrum Generations Muskie Center will offer its second Spectrum Learning series starting Monday, Feb. 13, on managing income in retirement. Kevin Sullivan, of Sullivan Wealth Management, will lead the six-week series offering information needed to make sound financial decisions during retirement. Some topics include: Will you have enough? How much money can you withdraw and still be ok throughout retirement years? What to do five years away from retirement? What about Social Security and healthcare?
Valentine dance set for Feb. 11 in Madison
MADISON — A Valentine dance will take place from 8:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 11, at Madison American Legion Hall, 20 South Maple St. Borderline Express will perform. Cost is $5 per person.
