The Second Amendment reads: “A well-regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.”

The Second Amendment was adopted on Dec. 15, 1791, along with the rest of the Bill of Rights.

Since President Barack Obama is forcing us to pay for everyone’s contraception, because he says it’s a person’s right to have sex and not get pregnant, I say he also should pay for our arms since we also have the right to keep and bear arms. The best gun control would be to arm every citizen of the United States.
