Starks plans special town meeting

STARKS — The town of Starks will hold a special town meeting to determine how the new Pelton Brook bridge will be funded. The selectmen and budget committee propose that $100,000 come from a Community Development Block Grant, $38,000 from the Urban Rural Initiative Program and $50,000 from a bank loan.
