AUGUSTA — A number of people were sentenced Tuesday in separate hearings held in Kennebec County Superior Court:
• Mona Ann Fox, 49, of Winslow, criminal trespass and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, both Feb. 7 in Winslow; five-day jail sentence.
• Jenna Elizabeth Gaudreau, 23, of Windham, theft by unauthorized use of property and violating condition of release July 20, 2012, in Monmouth; 30-day jail sentence.
• David P. Heath, 46, of West Gardiner, operating under the influence Nov. 23, 2012, in Farmingdale; $1,000 fine, 10-day jail sentence, three-year license and registration suspension.
• Francis Huston, 41, of Farmingdale, theft by unauthorized use of property Nov. 2, 2012, in Farmingdale; 180-day jail sentence, one-year administrative release.
• Joshua R. Lemar, 30, of Manchester, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, possession or transfer of burglar’s tools, criminal trespass and criminal mischief, all April 15, 2011, in Augusta; 60-day jail sentence, $1,424 restitution.
• Sandra Morgan, 48, of Chelsea, disorderly conduct, loud and unreasonable noise Nov. 29, 2011, in Augusta; 24-hour jail sentence.
• Tanya Yvonne Parker, 39, of Mechanic Falls, operating while license suspended or revoked Nov. 5, 2012, in Monmouth; $500 fine, 48-hour jail sentence.
• Daniel B. Weldon, 21, of Cushing, operating while license suspended or revoked Nov. 13, 2012, in Waterville; $250 fine.
