SKOWHEGAN — The Skowhegan Parks & Recreation Department is offering garden plots for individuals, families and community groups at the Skowhegan Community Center, 39 Poulin Drive. No experience is necessary because a master gardener will assist participants. The first informational meeting and registration is at 9 a.m. May 18 at the community center.
