AUGUSTA — Two people were sentenced Friday in Kennebec County Superior Court:

* Joseph L. Dion, 19, of Farmingdale, possessing a firearm when prohibited, Sept. 20, 2012; two-year jail sentence, all but 30 days suspended, two years’ probation.

* Darren J. Hills, 42, of Augusta, assault Jan. 1, 2012; 180-day jail sentence, all but seven days suspended, one-year administrative release, $300 fine.
