WINSLOW — Kennebec Messalonskee Trails will host a guided walk Saturday on newly acquired land along the Kennebec River. The walk is open to the public.

The 42-acre parcel was once used by Scott Paper mill and was donated by Madison Paper Industries, according to a news release from the trail group.

The walk is 9:30-noon. Parking for the event is at the large Scott Paper lot near Winslow Elementary School.
