MADISON — Trevor Hisler smacked an RBI single up the middle in the ninth inning, to drive inDerek LeBlanc and give Madison a 3-2 win to split a double header with The First in Zone 2 American Legion baseball action on Saturday.

Ben Salley collected two RBIs in the second game for Madison (8-5).

The First (4-7) won the first game 9-8, thanks to a 3-run homer by J.T. Tobin.

LeBlanc had three hits for Madison in the first game.

Post 51 10-14, Lincoln County 0-10: Isiah Fleming pitched a complete-game, five-inning shutout in the first game and had a key bases-loaded triple in Game 2 as Post 51 earned the sweep in Waterville.

Jake Dexter had two doubles in the first game for Post 51 (7-4). In game two, Lincoln County (3-9) led 9-4 early, but Fleming’s two-out triple made it 9-8 in the fifth. A.J. Godin earned the win in relief.

Junior Legion

Post 14 11, First Title 2, 5 innings: Jonathan Wilkie, Danny Pooler, Joe Leclair and Cole Robinson each had doubles to lead Post 14  to a win over First Title in Fairfield.

Robinson earned the win  for Post 14 (11-1), striking out seven batters, walking one.

Andrew Roberts took the loss for First Title (3-9).
