Fore River drowning victim identified as 49-year-old Portland man
PORTLAND — City officials have identified the man who apparently drowned Friday night while swimming in the Fore River. Nicole Clegg, spokeswoman for the city of Portland, identified the victim as 49-year-old Patrick Flynn of Portland.
