Patrick Lomantini, a hair stylist from Witchita, Kansas, cuts Marguerite Stockford’s hair on Thursday at Capillo Institute in Augusta, on the first day of the third annual BarkAid 50 State Tour.

Lomantini, along with Zachary DiBella, from Idaho Falls, Idaho, working in background, and Alexis Longworth, of Delaware, Ohio, not pictured, are planning to do 50 haircuts a day in each of the 50 states over their 50-day tour.

It is a fundraiser for BarkAID.org, an animal charity started by Lomantini.
