Last week, a friend of mine from Florida and I decided to visit the new Colby Museum of Art. What a grand experience we had.

Not only was there a wide variety of art, but the building itself was a thing of beauty.

I recommend that people who want to visit this museum plan at least three hours to really see and explore it. It is a great way to spend a morning or afternoon. We are lucky to have such an extensive display of art here in central Maine.
