WALES — Eva Shepherd scored twice and Maura Stottler had a goal and an assist as the Hall-Dale High School girls soccer team earned a 3-0 win over Oak Hill in a Mountain Valley Conference game Wednesday.

Olivia Maynard had three saves for Hall-Dale (5-1-0).

Kelsey Collins stopped 20 shots and Jamie Prue scored for Oak Hill (3-3-1).

Messalonskee 5, Lawrence 3: Kassadi McPherson had a hat trick and McKenna Brodeur added two goals as the Eagles earned their second consecutive win, beating the Bulldogs in a Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Class A game in Oakland.

Taylor Easler had 15 saves for Messalonskee (2-4).

Marissa Paquette led Lawrence (2-4-1) with two goals, while Taylor Martin added a goal. Paige Belanger had 13 saves for the Bulldogs.

Kents Hill 7, Hyde 0: Sara Grenier had three goals and an assist as the Huskies beat the Phoenix in Bath.

Carmen Adams added two goals and an assist for Kents Hill (1-1-0). Faith Forsythe and Riley Kirk also had a goal each.

Kristen Bailey ahd 12 saves for Hyde (0-2-0).

Wiscasset 7, Winthrop 1: Kasey Cromwell had three goals as the Wolverines beat the Ramblers in an MVC game in Winthrop.

Brooke Carleton, Shania Marr and Sarah Hanley each added a goal for Wiscasset.

Shie Smith scored for Winthrop.

Boys soccer

Messalonskee 2, Lawrence 1: Brandon Nale and Ryan Erskine each scored goals to lead the Eagles past the Bulldogs in a KVAC A game in Fairfield.

Jonah Webb made three saves for Messalonskee (2-3-1).

Nick Blomerth scored the lone goal for Lawrence (2-4-0). Zach Alley made 12 saves.

Men’s soccer

St. Joseph’s 3, UM-Farmington 0: Kyle Shangraw scored on a pair of penalty kicks in the first half as the Monks earned their sixth-consecutive win, beating the Beavers in Standish.

Joe Muphry added a goal for St. Joseph’s.

Derek Reilly had four saves for UMF.
