AUGUSTA — The following cases involving area residents were closed Sept. 26-Oct. 2 in Augusta District Court.

Gregory Donaghy, 50, of Wiscasset, domestic violence terrorizing Jan. 25 in Augusta; 180 day, all suspended, jail sentence, one-year probation.

Shawn R. Figoli, 42, of Sidney, failure to register vehicle July 20 in Augusta; $100 fine.

Kendall A. Purnell, 26, of Oakland, violating condition of release Aug. 3 in Augusta; 20 day jail sentence.

Tyler W. Robinson, 24, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Nov. 12, and criminal trespass June 5, both in Augusta; 180 day jail sentence all but 10 days suspended, one year administrative release, $10 restitution.

Joseph Stump, 27, of Randolph, violating protective order Sept. 26 in Winthrop; 48 hour jail sentence.

Vincent J. Viola, 30, of Winthrop, operating while license suspended or revoked Sept. 29 in Winthrop; $250 fine.
