WATERVILLE — City councilors on Tuesday will consider taking final votes to approve a zone change at 140 Western Ave. to allow for a bakery and deli.

The meeting will be at 7 p.m. in the council chambers at The Center, 93 Main St.

The council will also consider taking final votes to change terms for Planning Board members from five years to up to five years.
