David Gillison pleaded guilty to seven Kennebec County charges and must also pay restitution to victims, including businesses in Augusta, Windsor, Belgrade and Randolph.

Hearings are set for January for two Augusta-based providers that were no longer eligible to receive federal money after credible allegations of fraud were found.
