A concert by The Downeast Brass band set for Monday will honor all who give free time to their communities and expect nothing in return.

The 5-kilometer race scheduled for Sunday, the last day of the Pittston Fair, will raise money for the ALS Association Northern New England Chapter in honor of Carole Marson.
