MANCHESTER, N. H. — Saint Anselm College student and Winslow resident Rebecca Sirois, a junior nursing major, recently traveled with the college choir to perform in churches throughout central Europe.
The group’s musical tour included stops in Budapest, Hungary; Bratislava, Slovakia; Prague, Czech Republic; and Berlin, Germany, where they performed concerts and sang at Mass. They also toured Benedictine Abbey of Pannonhalma Archabbey in Hungary and other historic sites.
The group of 29 students was accompanied by alumnus and assistant to the choir director, Robert Aldrich ‘01 and choir director, Fr.Bede Camera, O.S.B.
Previous choir groups have performed in cities such as Vienna, Prague, Rome, Zurich and Paris.
