WATERVILLE — The Planning Board on Monday will consider a plan by Hunt Real Estate to build an 8,320-square-foot retail building at 121 Kennedy Memorial Drive.

The meeting will be at 7 p.m. in the council chambers at The Center at 93 Main St. downtown.

The plans for the building at the corner of Kennedy Memorial Drive and Carver Street will be reviewed under the subdivision and site plan review ordinance.

In other matters, the board will discuss possible revisions to that ordinance.
