READFIELD — Regional School Unit 38 Maranacook Adult Education has announced an upcoming welding class and a preparation course to meet the Department of Motor Vehicles’ requirements to obtain a commercial driver’s license.

The CDL class — from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. for seven Mondays and seven Thursdays — will begin on June 9.

The welding class will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, June 23, through Friday, June 27.
