LYNCHBURG Va. — Sarah Fowler was recently named to the 2014 spring semester dean’s list at Liberty University. Fowler is majoring in communications with a business minor.

She is a Winslow High School graduate and the daughter of Jeff and Jenifer Fowler, of Winslow.
