SPARKS, Md. — Briana Lynn Horgan and Jeffrey Edward Frank were married March 15, 2014, in Topsfield, Mass.

The bride is the daughter of Emmett and Carolyn Horgan, of Newburyport, Mass.

The groom is the son of Steve and Monique Frank, of Manchester, Maine.

Briana is a graduate of the University of Vermont and the University of Massachusetts. She is employed by Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, Pa., where she is a doctor of audiology.

Jeff is a graduate of the University of Maine and the University of Vermont. He is employed by the U.S. Senate in Washington, D.C., where he is the press secretary for Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.)

Following a wedding trip to Banff, Canada, the couple lives in Sparks.
