Saturday at 10:58 a.m., Faysal Adam Mohamed, 29, of Portland, was arrested on a warrant at the Kennebec County Sheriff’s Office on State Street.
Monday at 1:37 a.m., Nickolas Don Grivois, 26, of Augusta, was charged with violating conditions of release by police responding to a report of intoxicated people on Water Street.
