ARRESTS

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Sunday at 1:14 a.m., Dylan Paul Nelson was arrested on the charge of failing to appear.

2:35 a.m., Christopher Scott Dubois, 24, of Skowhegan, was arrested on charges of operating after revocation, operating under the influence and on a probation hold.

IN WATERVILLE, Saturday at 4:45 p.m., Josiah Begin, 20, of Vassalboro, was arrested on the charge of operating after suspension.
