PITTSFIELD — Maine Central Institute will hold a Visual and Performing Arts Holiday Showcase at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 17, in Parks Gymnasium, according to an MCI news release.

The showcase will include the annual holiday concert, featuring the MCI Concert Band and Concert Choir, as well as a special collaboration with Bossov Ballet Theatre and the visual art program. Admission is free, though the donation of a non-perishable food item for a local food bank is requested.

Immediately following the showcase at 7 p.m., MCI’s Kindness Krew will sponsor the annual tree lighting ceremony on the Boutelle Savage Front Campus.
