ARRESTS

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Saturday at 2:07 p.m., Jessica E. McGowan, 30, of Skowhegan, was arrested on the charge of operating while license suspended or revoked with a prior conviction.

10:19 p.m., Kellie A. Rust, 34, of Benton, was arrested on the charge of unpaid fines or fees.

11:30 p.m., Bruce E. Bennett, 33, of St. Albans, was arrested on a probation hold and on the charge of domestic violence assault with one prior conviction.

Sunday at 3:07 a.m., Samantha Rose White, 19, was arrested on charges of assault and refusing to submit to arrest or detention.

IN WATERVILLE, Saturday at 4:11 p.m., Nicholas Ahearn, 20, of Waterville, was arrested on the charge of violating a condition of release.
