IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Saturday at 6:56 p.m., Anna Marie Louise Morin, 31, of Fairfield, was arrested on a probation hold and charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, terrorizing and refusing to sign a criminal summons.

7:54 p.m., Charlene Marie Clements, 24, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a warrant.
