ARRESTS

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Tuesday at 3:17 p.m., Todd Alan Stanton, 30, of Benton, was arrested on charges of theft and violating condition of release.

6:37 p.m., Matthew J. Reilly, 25, of Canaan, was charged with eight counts of theft and eight counts of forgery.

9:35 p.m., Scott Weston Osborne, 44, of Industry, was arrested on charges of domestic assault with prior convictions and obstructing report of a crime.
