I would like to compliment the efforts of Manchester’s snowplowing contractor, Scott Lyon, and his crew. This has been one of the toughest winters in many years and he and his crew have continuously done an excellent job maintaining the roads and keeping them safe throughout this winter.

As a former snowplowing contractor for the town, I fully understand the long hours and stress regarding the responsibility of the job. Since it is often a thankless job, I wanted to take this opportunity to show my appreciation.
