NORRIDGEWOCK — Somerset County sheriff’s deputies, an ambulance from Redington-Fairview General Hospital and Norridgewock fire units were sent to the site of a motor vehicle accident involving possible injuries Wednesday night on Bigelow Hill Road in Norridgewock.

A communications dispatcher confirmed the accident had taken place but would not say how serious it was.

Calls seeking information from sheriff’s deputies were not returned immediately. The crash was reported at 8:07 p.m.
