ARRESTS

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Monday, Jeffrey Brochu, 45, of Rumford, was arrested on a warrant for the charge of failing to appear.

Timothy Hutchins, 29, of New Sharon, was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault and criminal restraint.

IN FAIRFIELD, Tuesday at 9:03 a.m., Emmanual Hurtado, 24, of 5 High St., was arrested on two warrants on Ridge Road.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Tuesday at 10:17 a.m., Randy W. Rioux, 24, of Danielson, Conn., was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license.
