AUGUSTA — Augusta duplicate bridge club winners for Wednesday were north/south — Rosmarie Goodwin and Jeanine Kivus, Sharron Hinckley and Jane Gilbert, and Paul Mitnik and Paul Sherman: east/west — Shirley West and Frank Shorey, Vinal look and Dennis Purington, and Mike and Pat Quinn.

Winners on Thursday were Ken Harvey and Tom Simmons, and Jan Arey and Paul Mitnik.

FAIRFIELD — The Fairfield nonsanctioned bridge club winners on Tuesday for north/south were Paul and Judy Jones, who placed first; Lucien Veilleux and Patricia Kick placed second; and Carroll and Audrey Harding placed third; and east/west were Bill Lawry and Frances Roy, in first; Paul Leberman and Diane Bishop placed second; and Charles Gagnon and Elaine Veilleux placed third.

HALLOWELL — Spectrum Generations William S. Cohen Community Center, announced its recent bridge and cribbage winners.

Cribbage winners on Monday, April 20, were Tuckie Marvin and Dot Curtis, who placed first; Hollis Bennett and Carl Gowen, second; and Jim McCutheon and Bob Atkins, third. High hand was Howard Boston and Tuckie Marvin. Winners Monday were Norm Veilleux and Bob Atkins, placed first; Howard Boston and Lois Bosworth, second; and Jim McCutheon and Don Lambert, third. Hollis Bennett earned high hand.

Game day bridge winners on Wednesday, April 22, were Fran Wadleigh, Laura Chandler and Gloria Bilodeau. Wednesday’s winners were Lou Ashland, Fran Wadleigh and Wendy Mahoney.

Bridge winners on April 23 were were Gloria Bilodeau, Gene Murray and Ron Atwood.
