Some people would be more comfortable if Maine’s Religious Freedom Act (L.D. 1340) had passed instead of withdrawn.

According to the New Testament, however, Jesus Christ says nothing about homosexuality or sexual orientation.

It can be very difficult, and maybe sometimes uncomfortable, to follow what Jesus Christ says is the most important law in the Bible, which is to love God and love our neighbors as we love ourselves.

No qualification. No exclusion.
