Nikolas Foulke, of Monmouth, will perform with USM Chamber Singers in Croatia this May. He left May 12.

Foulke, a Monmouth Academy graduate, is studying music education at the University of Southern Maine will perform with the USM Chamber Singers on a seven concert tour to Croatia.

The a cappella concert will feature a selection of sacred music from European and American traditions, African-American spirituals and American folksongs. The 23-voice ensemble directed by Dr. Robert Russell is preparing for a two weeklong, seven concert tour of Croatia, Bosnia and Slovenia in May.

Foulke is a 2013 Monmouth Academy graduate and the son of David and Laura Foulke, of Monmouth.
