Katherine and J.P. Devine have announced the engagement of their daughter, Jillana Devine, to Wayne Knickel.

Devine is a graduate of Sarah Lawrence College and New York Law School and is the head of the youth and commercial departments at Progressive Artists Agency in Culver City, California.

Knickel is a graduate of Juniata College. He works in radio marketing for Creative P.R. in Los Angeles and is an actor.

They met in New York City when both were involved in publicity for Broadway theatrical productions, and now live in the NoHo Arts District of the San Fernando Valley.

An April 2016 wedding is planned.
