TAMPA — Brady Frautten, formerly of Winthrop, Maine, graduated cum laude from the University of Tampa with a bachelor of arts degree in government and world affairs on May 9. Frautten was also named to the 2015 spring semester dean’s list. He accepted a position with USAA and resides in Tampa.
